Lori Angelone Chaba
Lori has been in the travel industry her entire working life. She graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1971 and then went on to graduate from the McConnell School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her overall knowledge of the travel industry is unparalleled in Rochester and she has a large and loyal following that will tell you so. She thinks of her clients more as friends and treats them that way. Mike does outside sales and also handles many of the other functions in the office. While Mike has been involved with various other career paths he has been in the travel business in a small way for over 40 years and now is in it in a big way. Mike handles the financial, IT, HR and various other parts of the administrative functions of the agency
Natalie graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. She has been working in the industry for over 10 years now and has continued grow as a consultant. She has spent several months living throughout Europe, worked for the Walt Disney World Company and has extensive knowledge on the Caribbean and Mexico. Natalie also is our office manager and uses knowledge to provide a smoothly functioning office.
Katea comes to us with 8 years’ experience having worked 7 years at Liberty travel in a management role and a year at Whitaker and Deprez where she focused primarily on the luxury aspect of our industry. She has journeyed throughout the world and brings fresh new experiences to our office.
Cheryl comes to us with 30 plus years of financial background. Cheryl owns and operates her own concrete and dump truck transportation company. She is in the process of turning this company over to her sons a has been a welcome addition to our company. She has been able to greatly upgrade our accounting processes and streamline many of thing procedures we had in place.
Robin has been with Lori's Travel since October 2009, and comes to us with 15 years of Finance and Corporate planning experience, studying Business at Genesee Community College and earning both New York State insurance and investment licenses. She is now using this experience as our Corporate Travel Manager at Lori’s Travel Service.

Cheryl has been in the travel industry for many years as both an employee and doing outside sales. She is a certified scuba instructor and loves to take divers on trips all over the world. She is a Rochester native and like all the staff is dedicated to customer service above and beyond.
Linda brings a background of 25 years plus travel experience. At the beginning of September 2009, Linda decided to leave full time at Lori's Travel Service, move to Florida and work on a part time basis. You can still contact her with the below e-mail or with the normal phone numbers.
Briana comes to us direct from her college education. She was in Lori's class at MCC and then did her internship at Lori's Travel. She did such a great job that we decided she would be a great addition to our team. Presently Briana resides in Florida where she continues to provide outstanding support for our office.
Mena spent 25 years working for a major airline and since then has decided to stay in the industry and come work with us and learn the agency side of things. She came to us a little over 2 years ago and assists with the daily tasks to maintain a smooth running operation.
